These terms cover buying and using Agentic Boilerplate at agenticboilerplate.com. They are short on purpose. Read them before you pay.
Who sells
Agentic Boilerplate is made and run by Agentic Studio. You can reach us at agenticstudio@gmail.com.
Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Dodo sells the product to you, collects and pays the tax, and sends your receipt. Their checkout shows their own terms too.
What you buy
One payment of $99, tax included. It is never a subscription and it never renews.
You get lifetime access to the builder. That means you can sign in with the email you paid with, build as many repos as you like, and rebuild any time on the latest version, for as long as the product exists. Updates we ship are included.
The license
- You own the repos you generate. No attribution is needed.
- Use them for unlimited projects, including client projects you build and hand over.
- One license is for one developer. Don't share your account or your sign-in codes.
- Don't resell, publish or redistribute the generator, its templates or its agent docs as a kit or as a competing product.
- Code from other projects inside a generated repo keeps its own license. Those licenses apply to those parts.
Your account
You sign in with a 6-digit code we email to the address you paid with. Keep that inbox safe. We can't tell who is behind an inbox, so whoever has it has your account.
All sales are final
We do not offer refunds. Read the refund policy before you pay.
If your payment is reversed by your bank, card network or Dodo (a refund, a chargeback or a lost dispute), your access ends with it. Downloads you already made stay yours under the license above.
The product
We work to keep the builder and the generated repos working. We don't promise they fit your project, run without changes or never contain a bug. If something is wrong, tell us and we will fix it.
The builder, its rules and its docs change over time. A battery can be added, replaced or removed when the library it wraps changes.
Limits
The product is provided as it is, with no warranty. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid. We are not liable for lost profit, lost data or business interruption.
Nothing in these terms limits a right you have under the law where you live that cannot be waived.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the law of the place where Agentic Studio is established, unless the law where you live says otherwise. We may update them. The terms that applied when you bought apply to your purchase, and the current terms apply to anything new.
