You get the product the moment you pay. A download can't be taken back, so there is no trial and no money-back window. That is why we ask you to look first.
Look before you pay
- Pick your stack in the builder. It shows the files, the rules and the hooks you will get, counted live, before you pay.
- Open a preset to read a real generated repo: the file tree, the
CLAUDE.md, the agents and the design. - Read the cookbook, the docs and the comparisons. They are free to read.
If something is wrong
If a repo you generated does not install, build or boot, email us with your agentic.config.json. We will fix it. That is a fix, not a refund.
Chargebacks
A payment can also be reversed by your bank or card network. If you have a problem with a charge, email us first. A reversed payment ends your access, as the terms say.
Your rights
This policy does not limit a right you have under the law where you live that cannot be waived.
