This policy covers agenticboilerplate.com and its public API. It is short because we collect little.
What we collect
- When you generate a repo: the email address you enter, the selection you built (batteries, design, package manager, project name), the optional note you type, the page you started from, whether you ticked the updates box, and when the download link was first used.
- When you confirm updates: the time you clicked the confirm link in our email. Ticking the box alone never signs you up. Only that link does.
- For abuse protection: your network address is turned into a keyed hash to count requests against rate limits. The raw address is not stored with your lead.
- Analytics: if analytics is switched on, PostHog records anonymous page views, events in the builder (for example, a repo generated) and errors. No analytics event carries your email address or your note.
The public API at /api/v1 and the Markdown versions of our pages collect nothing beyond standard hosting logs.
Why we use it
- To email you the download link, so you can fetch your repo again for 7 days.
- To stop scripts from abusing the generator.
- To see which batteries and designs people use, so we build the right ones.
- To send product updates, only if you confirmed by clicking the link in our email.
We never sell your data and never share it for advertising.
Who processes it
- Vercel hosts the site and keeps standard request logs.
- Neon stores the leads and rate-limit tables in Postgres.
- Resend delivers the email with your download link.
- PostHog processes analytics, when it is switched on.
Cookies
The site stores your light or dark theme in your browser's local storage. PostHog, when switched on, sets its own cookie to count visits. There are no advertising cookies.
Your rights
Email agenticstudio@gmail.com from the address you used and ask us to show, correct or delete your data, or to stop updates. We act on every request.
Changes
If this policy changes, this page changes first. The generated repos are yours: we never see what you build with them.
